Our competitive compensation leads the pack and our benefits are second to none!  We offer a matching 401 (K) plan up to 6%, and a competitive time off policy. We offer company holidays, a floating holiday, and paid time off. In the first full calendar year of service (as of Jan 1st), you receive 5 paid days off. In the second full year of service (as of Jan 1st) you receive 10 days and then 15 days after 5 full calendar years with the company. Most companies don't offer 15 days until after 10 years!
