Our Reviews
I had several disappointing experiences with this dealership that led me to contact General Motors with my concerns. My issues were not based on one isolated incident, but on multiple specific experiences, including a service representative coughing directly in my face, not being offered vehicle pickup when scheduling oil changes, not receiving the car washes referenced in the Greg Hubler Promise for new vehicles, and my vehicle being driven more than 150 miles while it was at the dealership for approximately eight days for a turbocharger issue. More recently, my vehicle’s key fob issue was initially reported while it was still under warranty on more than one occasion. (This is after changing the battery in one key fob once, and both key fobs on a separate visit.) I later scheduled an appointment based on the availability provided by the service department which was 10 days past my warranty. The vehicle remained at the dealership for approximately six days before the key fob issue was repaired. I had specifically asked about transportation and was told there were no loaner vehicles available, after which I stated that I would need a rental. I was not informed of any additional requirements that I needed to meet to qualify for rental assistance. I was ultimately told that the dealership would only reimburse $135 of my rental expenses. I respectfully disputed that decision and provided the manager with a detailed written explanation of the circumstances. I even offered to compromise at $270, based on the dealership’s own stated rental rate of $45 per day, in an effort to resolve the matter without further escalation. Unfortunately, after taking the time to explain my concerns and offer a reasonable compromise, I received no response from the manager, Travis. What has been most disappointing is not simply the reimbursement issue, but the lack of accountability and communication throughout the process. I believe customers should be able to raise legitimate concerns and receive a professional response. The dealership did ultimately repair the key fob under warranty, which I appreciate. But the overall experience showed me that customer service concerns are not taken seriously.
I was very satisfied with the sales man. The finance people were not. I told them I didn't want the lojack option on the truck and was told no problem. When i signed my paperwork with the sales man who went out of his way to come to my house lojack was on my paperwork. I was told it would be removed and I would be reimbursed. I went to the dealership and was told lojack would help my auto insurance. It didn't. I feel like I was not treated correctly. I should get that money returned.
Filled out financing paperwork online (and got approved with terms) so as to not waste anyone’s time when I got to the dealership. When I arrived, they acted like they didn’t even know what numbers I was looking at. They came back with some very different numbers. They asked me if I would go up on my monthly payment so I did. He went and talked to his manager. And then he came back with an even crazier number for the monthly payment. And then acted like I was the problem because I wouldn’t come up anymore after I had given them my max possible payment and they had not budged 1 inch. I drove two hours to the dealership and made sure that they knew that I was driving that far and that I had already done the financing paperwork and that I liked the terms. They let me drive all the way out there and by they I mean the salesman, Mario Matus and Ron Sharpee the manager. So needless to say, I am very unhappy and serviced by this dealership and I am contemplating having them, looked into for bait and switch practices. I don’t like doing this, but I like having my time and effort disregarded, even less.
I had a great experience working with Rodney Duke at Hubler Chevrolet in Camby. He was professional, easy to talk to, and made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free. Even after the sale, he still took the time to help me understand my new truck and make sure everything was set up correctly. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and not just making a sale. I really appreciate his patience and honesty throughout the process. I would definitely recommend asking for Rodney if you’re looking for a vehicle at Hubler Chevrolet.
It was a great experience and quick service for what i went in for at this time.
Good job, 100% recommended,. Very attentive and the prices are fair.. Thank you for you service.
Very friendly kind an well driving people here at Greg hubler. Definitely recommend Rodney to everyone
I have always used bigger Chevy dealerships in the past as I felt they had more to offer. Here at Greg Hubler I’ve worked with a team of sales people who have worked harder together to make my new truck purchase exactly what I’ve waited 20 years for. My last one was a 2005 2500 hd Duramax and before that a 2001 Tahoe, both of which I still drive.
Promised 4 new tires and alignment.Put the 4 new tires that ride and look like they came from Temu on it !!! No alignment like promised said it had already had an alignment before !! Worst Dealership to deal with !!
Had an absolutely horrible experience with the service department today! I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and also requested they look at the rear heat in my vehicle as it wasn’t working properly. Following the multi-point inspection (included in the oil change), they found low coolant and determined that was the cause of the heating issue (per my visit paperwork). Instead of ceasing diagnostic testing and avoiding the $175 diagnostic charge, they continued to test the system for leaks before communicating to me that the coolant level was found low during the multi-point inspection. Ultimately I was charged the full diagnostic fee! This visit cost me over $300 which included an oil change, tire rotation, and a top off for coolant. Absolutely insane! I have brought my vehicle here for a number of repairs and maintenance visits but it’s safe to say I will not be returning. My business will be taken elsewhere where I am confident that the only thing they aren’t seeing is $$$.
The service department is always helpful, kind and polite. One of the few places I do not mind getting my oil change done at.
Quick, efficient, complete everything that I requested. Advised me on additional work that would be needed in the future.
Great experience highly recommended. Rodney was awesome. Went out of his way to please me!
#PromiseNOTkept. The worst. Highly rethink your decision to bring your vehicle here. And if they do "find" and I use the word loosely as I was not having any issues with my car, be prepared for them to have it for a week at least for a 10-16 hr quoted job. Would give negative stars if I could.
Great group of people up here! Friendly with a hometown feel. I would recommend Greg Hubler Chevrolet to everyone.
